This gorgeous print depicts all six major cakras, as well as the nadis, the energy channels that run through them.

Iḍā nadi — associated with the cool light of the moon — is shown in blue. Piṅgalā nadi — associated with the warm light of the sun — is shown in orange. Iḍā controls all the mental processes, while piṅgalā controls all vital functions.

Running vertically through the cakras is the suṣumṇā nadi. Whereas iḍā is the mental channel and piṅgalā is the vital or life-force channel, suṣumṇā is the spiritual channel, used to facilitate our spiritual awakening.
